How Tien Shan Chi Kung Classes Are Conducted

Delivering lessons via Zoom ensures that participants can join from anywhere, reducing the need for in-person travel while providing live, interactive instruction. The 40-minute session length is optimal for online learning. Zoom makes the service highly accessible to participants globally. They can learn from the comfort of their own homes while still receiving personalized attention.

Payment and Fees

The payment for each lesson is finalized after an agreement via email between the participant and tienshanchikung.com Online Coach.

First, the Confidentiality Agreement and Health Liability Disclaimer must be accepted

Before attending your first lesson, you will be asked to confirm our agreement via email and accept our Confidentiality Agreement and Health Disclaimer. This ensures mutual understanding and respect for the nature of the practice. Participation is only confirmed once you have completed a confidential questionnaire regarding sensitive personal data. This form is essential for assessing your health, physical condition, and overall readiness to safely engage in the practice of Tien Shan Chi Kung.

Please note that not all interested participants are automatically accepted into the program. As an instructor, I will carefully review each individual’s questionnaire and determine their suitability for this demanding form of Chi Kung. Depending on my workload, some individuals may be placed on a waiting list for private, one-on-one sessions via Zoom. Acceptance into the program is based on both the health assessment and the instructor’s availability.

As the instructor, I reserve the right to terminate the training at any time if I observe a violation of the agreed terms, including but not limited to breaches of confidentiality, lack of respect for the teachings, inappropriate behavior, or any actions that compromise the integrity of the student-teacher relationship. Such decisions are final and non-negotiable, as they are taken to preserve the sacred nature of the practice and the safety of all involved.

Structured Learning for Skill Progression In Tien Shan Chi Kung

  • The lessons are carefully curated to promote steady development in Tien Shan Chi Kung practice.
  • By focusing on progressive skill-building over sessions, participants can gain a deep understanding of both physical postures and meditative techniques.
  • Each 40-minute session allows for sufficient focus on both practical application and theoretical guidance, ensuring participants grasp the essential principles at each level before advancing to the next levels of Tien Shan Chi Kung.
  • Sessions will be guided not only through demonstration but also verbally, whenever I determine it necessary. You are expected to follow the movements with precision and consistency to fully benefit from the teachings and honor the integrity of the practice.

Flexibility with Scheduling and Weekend Preference

I understand the importance of flexibility in online learning, especially for individuals managing personal and professional commitments.

Sessions are available on a daily basis, as well as during select weekend hours, depending on my availability, the student’s timezone, and their country of residence. While I prioritize offering sessions over the working days, when it’s generally more convenient for most, there is always room for flexible scheduling. This adaptability ensures a more comfortable and effective learning experience, free from time-related stress.
